Returns for exchanges and store credit only, no refunds. Please notify info@ncboardshop.com within 14 days from the date that you received your order to obtain authorization for return. Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached. Shoes must have their original shoebox placed inside of a separate cardboard box to mail back to us. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item purchased was defective.
